Three steps, no mysteries
You get a confirmation email right away. Spot a typo in your address? Reply within a few hours and we'll fix it before it ships.
Within 1–3 business days your order is picked, packed and handed to the carrier. Tracking number included in your shipping email.
Follow every scan with your tracking link. Give it 24–48 hours after shipping for the first update to appear.

My tracking number isn't updating
First scans take 24–48 hours after the shipping email, and international packages sometimes go quiet between hubs. If nothing moves for 5 business days, email support@trymay.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@trymay.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once a package is with the carrier we can't redirect it.
Can I cancel after it ships?
A shipped package can't be stopped in transit. Wait for it to arrive, then use our 30-day return policy instead. Email support@trymay.com to start.
What if my package is lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, we consider it lost and reship it at no cost. Or refund you, your choice. Email support@trymay.com with your order number.
When is shipping free?
Every order of $70 or more ships free, to every region. Below that, the exact rate shows at checkout before you pay. Customs or import fees for international orders are set by your local authorities and aren't something we can prepay or predict.
