Your tracking number is not the same as your order number. If you can't find your tracking number, please do contact us.

We process and ship out your orders within 48 hours after you placed it. However, our shipping companies may take up to 3-5 working days to update your tracking.

Please choose the correct courier, as stated in your email. E.g., USPS, UPS, RoyalMail, YODEL, Canada Post.
